Domenica Group is seeking an Architect to join its Technical Department based in Paphos.
Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop architectural studies and concepts.• Prepare planning permit drawings and construction drawings.• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and external consultants.• Monitor projects during the construction phase.• Participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and technical standards.
Requirements:• Degree in Architecture.• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.• Knowledge of Revit and other 3D design software will be considered an advantage.• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
