Domenica Group, one of Cyprus’ most established real estate and construction companies, is looking for an Experienced Civil Engineer to join our Engineering & Architectural Department. The role involves coordination of site activities and monitoring of construction project progress.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise construction works on-site and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered according to budget, timeline, and quality standards.• Organise, coordinate, and plan site activities to maximise resource efficiency across multiple projects.• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction details.• Monitor project execution, administration, correspondence, and reporting procedures.• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery. 
Candidate Profile• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.• Good knowledge of Cyprus construction regulations and development procedures.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.• Strong organisational and communication skills.
